you can make these as muffins, baking time is 25 min. but they must cool completely so they do not stick so bad to the paper...cooking time may vary in a 9x9 pan. test with a tooth pick

Ingredients

    2 lrg ripe banana's
    1 cup oats
    2/3 cup bran buds cereal
    1/2 cup flour
    1/2 cup splenda
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 cup apple butter

Directions

pre heat oven to 350
makes 12 cup cakes, or 12 squares in a 9x9 pan, or 1 bread loaf
baking time aprox. 25 min...varys with each type. test with tooth pick after 15 min. then every 5 min. after that

mix flour, oats, bran, baking soda, baking powder and splenda in a large mixing bowl.

in a smaller bowl mash banana's. add 2 eggs and apple butter. mix well. add this mixture to dry ingredients. mix well

pour batter in to a 9x9 greased (with non stick cooking spray) pan, or 12 cup cake papers (sprayed with non stick cooking spray), or a loaf pan (sprayed with a non stick cooking spray)

bake aprox. 25 min.

let cool completely before cutting or taking out of cup cake papers
