Introduction

Ingredients
-
steak,lime,tortilla,salt,pepper,rice,cumin,red pepper, garlic salt
Directions
Remove any fat from the steak before marinading.
Place your 1lb cubed cut steak, lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper into a ziploc bag for 1 hour.
After marinating for an hour, begin heating your pan. Pan should be at a medium heat.
Add meat and marinade to the pan. Leave simmering, and turning occasionally for 15 minute or until meat has cooked, browned and the marinade has completely cooked out of the pan.
** While the meat is cooking, prepare your rice! This typically takes 8 -10 minutes to cook thoroughly (follow the directions on the box. I use Minute Rice).
Once meat is cooked, place cooked meat onto a paper plate covered with paper towel to help take off the excess oils and fat.
While the meat is resting for a couple minutes, warm some tortillas on the stove. Then you're all set to go!
My servings is an estimate, as it depends on how much meat you would like in each taco, how much rice you use, etc. I made 2 taco's for myself and had approx 4 more servings left!
ENJOY!
