Introduction

A modified version of Cambell's taco skillet for those of us who don't like salsa. A modified version of Cambell's taco skillet for those of us who don't like salsa.

Ingredients

    1 pound 93% lean ground beef
    6 flour tortillas, cut into 1 inch strips
    1 package reduced sodium taco seasoning
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 cup water
    fresh lettuce and tomatoes as desired

Directions

Brown and drain ground beef. Add tortilla strips, tomato soup, water and taco seasoning to ground beef. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add cheese and heat until melted. Serve with fresh lettuce and tomatoes.
