Ingredients

    dice tomoates (I use William Sonoma food chopper to process all this quickly)
    dice onions
    dice bell pepper - I use whatever color I have
    1 bunch of green onions
    small dice serrano peppers remove seeds and ribbing
    pluck cilantro leaves and chop (1 bunch)
    grate some of the lemon peel into the dish (to taste) and juice 2 lemons (taste and add more if needed)
    I use Lawry's seasoning salt shake 1.5 times around my bowl
    Lemon Pepper also 1.5 times around my bowl
    Mince garlic

Directions

Chop all the ingredients and mix together.

Makes a big bowl - I use this for salad dressing, on chicken, rice, kids use it as salsa for chips.
