Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef (93% lean)
    2 28-oz cans diced tomatoes
    1 small can beef brother (or approx. 1 1/2 cups prepared from bouillon cubes)
    2 pkgs chili seasoning mix
    1 lg onion, chopped (or 1 10-oz bag frozen chopped onions)
    1-2 cups zucchini, chopped
    1-2 cups yellow squash
    2 cups celery, chopped
    2 cups carrots, chopped
    1 30.5-oz can Brooks chili hot beans

Directions

Brown the beef and drain off fat.

Combine all the ingredients in a large stock pot and cook for 3+ hours, until the vegetable are tender and tastes well-blended.

Yields approximately 16 1-cup servings.
