Introduction

Ingredients

    1 salad bag
    1 package cherry tomatoes
    1 avocado de-pited and cubed
    1 package crumbled feta cheese
    1 pack of frozen baby shrimp
    1 slice of bacon
    1 grapefruit segmented
    For dressing:
    1/4 cup grapefruit juice
    1/4 cup lime juice
    1 cup evoo
    1 minced shallot
    a little salt and pepper to taste
    (only put 1 tbsp of dressing on salad)

Directions

heat skillet on high
pour in half a bag of frozen shrimp and save the rest in the freezer. cut slice of bacon into small slivers and cook with shrimp until bacon is crispy.
mix together salad dressing in a container.
cut up avocado into cubes and cut cherry tomatoes in halves and segment grapefruit. mix with salad in a big bowl and top with feta and cooked shrimp and bacon. serve in bowls and only top salad with 1 tbsp of dressing each person.
