Introduction

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
    1 cup creamy peanut butter
    1 large egg
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    Cooking spray

Directions

Makes 16 Cookies (when using Pampered Chef cookie scoop). Serving size: 1 cookie.

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
2. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring well.
3. Scoop into 16 equal balls and place on baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Lightly press cookies with a fork.
4. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool 2 minutes on baking sheet; remove cookies to wire racks to cool completely.
