Ingredients

    1 C Steel Cut Oats, dry,Cereals ready-to-eat, QUAKER,
    1/2 C Sunflower Seeds
    2 1/4 cupPuffed Rice cereal,
    1 T Flax Seed Meal (ground flax
    1 C Fiber One Cereal
    1/4 C Applesauce, unsweetened
    1/4 C Sugar Free Syrup
    1/4 C Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    1/2 tsp Salt
    4 T Honey
    2 tbsp Vanilla Extract,
    1/4 cup Dried Cranberries
    1/4 cup Raisins

Directions

brown oats sunflower seeds, rice cereal and flax seed in 325 oven for 5-10 minutes. combine syrups, sugars, vanilla and salt. heat to combine in microwave.
combine toasted cereals, syrup mixture, applesauce and dried fruit in bowl. Spread in greased 9X9 pan and bake at 325 for 25 mnutes. cool completely and cut into 12 peices.
