Introduction

Ingredients

    8 oz extra lean ground turkey
    1/4 of a cup of finely diced green pepper
    1/4 of a cup of finely diced onion
    2 TBSP panko bread crumbs
    2 TBSP egg substitute (like Egg Beaters)
    1 clove of garlic
    1 tsp cajun seasoning
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    2 light hamburger rolls (such as Weight Watchers)

Directions

Spray grill or BBQ and preheat till hot.

Mix turkey, onion, green peppers, panko, egg substitute, garlic and spices in a bowl until well combined.

Divide into two equal portions and grill for 3-4 minutes per side or until juices run clear.

Serve on light hamburger rolls with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
