    Milk 1% or fat free
    egg
    raisins (optional)
    brown sugar or splenda
    snack cup of apple sauce
    cinnamon
    salt
    flour
    baking powder

Directions

mix wet ingredients with cereal
sift and mix in dry ingredients
don't overmix
use greased baking cups or papers
400 degree oven
20-25 minute
