    1/2 Cup -Barley, cooked
    3 Tbsp - Fat Free Half & Half
    1 tsp - Splenda
    1/4 Cup - Raspberries

Directions

Pre-cook the barley in advance an store in your fridge. The half cup of barley will be the yield AFTER it is cooked.
