Ingredients

    1 cup long grain rice
    1 can Chicken with Rice Soup
    1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1/2 envelope of Dry Onion Soup Mix
    1 can water
    Chicken (Your choice)

Directions

Put rice in a greased casserole dish. Then pour both soups, water and onion soup mix over the rice. Top with chicken. Salt and Pepper to taste. May also add paprika.

Bake 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours uncovered, then another 1/2 hour covered.

Makes 6 servings.
