Ingredients

    *Potato, raw, 6 cup diced
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Hard Boiled Egg, .5 cup, chopped
    Sweet Relish - 8 tsp
    ***Dressing***

    Kraft miracle whip regular, 6 tbsp
    Kraft Miracle Whip Fat Free Dressing, 3 tbsp
    Prepared Dijon Mustard, 6 tsp
    Paprika, 1 tbsp
    Granulated Sugar, 1.5 tsp
    Milk, 1%, .10 cup
    Yellow Mustard, .5 cup
    Celery Seed, 1 tsp

Directions

makes 12 1/2-cup servings
Boil potato cubes until just tender (about 15-20 minutes)
Chop onion and hard boiled eggs.
Once potatoes are done, drain and then top with onion, relish and egg.
In a separate bowl combine all other ingredients to make the "dressing".
Pour dressing over potato mixture and fold in to combine.
