Introduction

Based upon a basic crepe recipe - changing the ingredients changed the texture. Based upon a basic crepe recipe - changing the ingredients changed the texture.

Ingredients

    1/4 cup egg substitute
    1/2 cup chocolate soy milk
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp oil

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together.
Pre-heat non-stick skillet. Prevent sticking to pan by using oil.
Drop batter (1 tbsp/ pancake) onto skillet.
Flip when bubbles begin to show on top of pancake.
NOTE: Recipe makes 13 silver dollar pancakes.
Toppings: Sprinkle Splenda to taste or fruit.
