Ingredients

4 oz uncooked penne (about 1 cup)
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1 (14.5 oz can) diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano, undrained
3 cups cooked chopped chicken breast
1/4 cup kalamata olives sliced, pitted
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
6 TBSP crumbled feta cheese with basil and sun-dried tomatoes
Directions
1. Cook pasta according to package directions omitting salt and fat.
2. While pasta cooks, heat oil in a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, and cook 30 seconds. Add tomatoes and next 3 ingredients; simmer 6 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
3. When pasta is done, drain and return to pan. Add tomato mixture to pasta; toss gently, and top with feta cheese. Serve immediately.
