Introduction
This frittata can be varied depending on the vegetables you have on hand. It can be made vegetarian by excluding the bacon bits. I've had this for special breakfasts & for a light lunch or dinner with a healthy side salad or fresh fruit. This frittata can be varied depending on the vegetables you have on hand.
