Introduction

There are a couple of these - but I make mine with nonfat yogurt. This isn't a dip or a salad - it's sort of both. It goes really good on a veggie or lentil burger, or on a pita with hummus and some other veggies. Ok - it really goes good with anything. Ingredients

    1/2 c. nonfat greek yogurt
    1/2 c. cucumber - peeled, pared & chopped
    2 tbsp dehydrated onion
    1 tsp Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning
    1 tsp celery seed
    1 tbsp dried mint

Directions

mix all the ingredients together and let it sit for at least 10 min.s. This recipe make about a cup, and will keep in the 'fridge for a couple of days. Also - the spices can be adjusted to fit your taste. Some people use dill instead of the mint - both are good.
