Mission , 8" Low Carb Soft Taco Size Tortilla, 1 serving
Hormel Pillow Pak Sliced Turkey Pepperoni, .25 serving
Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 2 oz
Prego Spaghetti Sauce, 2 tbsp
Any veggies you like, chopped
Directions
Spray tortilla with cooking spray and place on grill or under broiler. Brown.
For Broiling: Turn over and top w/ingredients on non cooked side. Top with sauce, pepperoni and cheese (veggies). Place back under broiler until cheese melts.
For Grilling: Top w/ingredients on cooked side. Top with sauce, pepperoni and cheese (veggies). Place back on sprayed grill or griddle and cook at a low temp until browned and cheese melted.
