Ingredients

    1 lb extra lean ground beef
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 Cup chopped onion
    1 oz packet taco seasoning
    1/2 Cup water
    1 block( 8oz) reduced fat cream cheese
    1/2 Cup 2% shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 Cup chopped tomato

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350. Brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic. Add taco seasoning and water. Transfer to a square casserole dish and mix in cream cheese. Top with shredded cheese and bake for about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with tomato.
