Introduction

Mas o menos... Mas o menos...
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. chopped onions
    2 tsp. chopped garlic
    1/2 c. red wine
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 c. sliced pimento stuffed green olives
    2 tbsp capers, drained
    1 tbsp cumin
    1 tbsp cinnamon
    1 tsp salt (or to taste)
    Optional: 1 c. golden raisins (I'm not a big fan of cooked raisins, so I leave these out)

Directions

Saute onion and garlic in large sauce pan. Add ground beef and brown. Add red wine and spices. Add chopped olives, capers and tomato sauce. Stir well and let simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over rice.
