Ingredients

    20 precooked peeled, deveined shrimp
    1/2 pkg Europe's Best Zen Garden frozen vegetables
    2 tbsp sodium reduced soy sauce
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

heat wok with ollive oil. Add vegetables and cook till tender. Add shrimp and cook till heated through. Drain, then add 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tsp minced garlic. Turn heat down to simmer or keep warm, let sit until rice or noodles are done.
serve over brown rice.
