    Good
These are good. I added a teaspoon of garlic powder and used chopped yellow onion. If overbaked these are very difficult to remove from pan. I baked in my mini muffin pan for about 10-12 minutes. - 7/2/14

    Incredible!
Using extra lean pork sausage I made these as 24 mini muffins as appetizers and they were a real hit. - 1/2/14

    Incredible!
Very good. Substituted vegetarian sausage for turkey sausage and sweet onion for green onion. Came out of my muffin pans very easily. The pockets of cream cheese were a nice gooey surprise. Will definitely make again. - 1/2/13
