    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2.5 cup (remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    *Tahini, 2 tbsp (remove)
    *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields (remove)
    Peppermint, fresh, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)


Blend all ingredients. Add a little water if it seems thick. Salt and pepper to taste. Add in a little cayanne pepper for spicy hummus, or sprinkle with za'atar (middle eastern spice mix) and drizzle with olive oil and parsley for an authentic middle eastern style hummus.

Make 10 servings at 1/4 cup per serving.
