Ingredients

    6 oz. Tuna
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup Lemon Juice
    1 clove garlic
2 tablespoon extra virgin Olive Oil
Small amount of sea salt, to taste
fresh ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

Mix the soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil and garlic in a quart size Ziploc bag. Shake well. I use two 3 oz. Tuna steaks. Either yellow fin, or blue fin works. Add tuna to the bag and shake again to cover all sides. Put in refrigerator and allow to merinade for 30 minutes. Shaking every 10 for a better marinade.
While tuna is marinading, fire up your grill. If using charcoal, allow coals to turn white, then spread for an even temperature. Brush grill rack with Olive Oil to prevent from sticking. (you may want to put the tuna on a square piece of aluminum foil that's been sprayed with cooking spray) Place tuna on grill. Grill for 4 minutes, brush some of the marinade on top, and turn for another 4 minutes. Brush the top with some more marinade. If you prefer your tuna a little more on the rare side, only grill each side for 2 1/2 minutes. Remove from grill, and serve with Grilled Summer Vegetables.
