Ingredients

    6 C rolled oats
    1 C brown sugar unpacked
    4 t ground cinnamon
    ½ t ground cloves
    ½ t ground nutmeg
    4 t baking powder
    1 t salt
    1 1/2 cup Almond Breeze Original Unsweetened
    2 eggs
    5 T melted butter
    1 C unsweetened applesauce
    2 t vanilla or almond extract
    1 C dried cranberries


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix together first seven ingredients. Beat in milk, eggs, melted butter, applesauce, and extract. Stir in dried cranberries. Spread into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes.
