Ingredients

    1 (28 oz) can of whole tomatoes
    1 med onion, chunked
    2 Jalapeno peppers (1 whole, 1 without seeds)
    Fresh Cilantro, about 1/4 of a bunch)
    3 tsp garlic
    1 tsp salt
    1 1/2 tsp cracked pepper
    1 tsp sugar (opt)

Directions

Put all of your ingredients in a blender and puree. Serve with whole grain nacho chips. You can adjust the heat by putting in more or less Jalapenos.
