Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef (93%, 7%)
    1 sleeve of crushed Saltine Crackers (can use oatmeal instead)
    1 egg
    1 dab of ketchup
    2 squirts of worcestershire sauce
    2 squirts of soy sauce
    1 8oz can of tomato sauce
    Garlic powerder, Onion powder, season salt, pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients in big bowl. Mix very well with your hands. Preheat oven to 375. After mixing everything together, shape into a loaf. Put in loaf pan. Cook in oven for 1 hour. (will vary depending on your oven). Let cool for about 5 minutes. Serve!
