Ingredients

    1 cup brown rice
    1 cup lentils
    1 large onion
    1 tbsp butter
    2 tsp rosemary

Directions

Cook rice and lentils together in a rice cooker, or boil in 4 cups water until absorbed.

Meanwhile, cut up onion and sautee in butter, olive oil and rosemary with salt to taste until soft.

Combine cooked onion mixture with rice and lentils and serve. Tastes great with a side of yogurt and tasty veggies.
