Introduction

I wanted to make myself soup but to increase my protein intake too. I am not a chef so the preparation might not be the best. I just made it up and it tasted very nice. Ingredients

    600g of Diced turkey Thigh from Asda
    2 medium carrots and 1 small carrot
    1 green pepper (you can you a red, yellow or orange one)
    3 Large celery sticks
    2 knorr cubes
    salt to taste
    and a little pepper if you want it a bit spicy like mine.


Directions

Chop the onions and green pepper; dice the celery and carrots.
Wash and season the turkey with the knorr cubes, salt and pepper in a saucepan. Include the onions and place on the hub to steam.
Add 500ml of water and allow to cook for 20minutes or until the turkey is cooked.
Add about 250ml of water and include the vegetables.
Allow to steam for a future 10 minutes. Then serve.
