This has been one of my favorite pies for years. It is also good with crushed graham crackers or granola as the crust. - 5/24/09

This was very good, but I couldn't get it to the right consistency using a hand mixer. Also, it needs a little something else... maybe some raspberry extract mixed in, or sauce on top. Definitely a little whipped cream. Overall, a very good recipie I will definitely make again! - 2/5/09
