Introduction

Ingredients

    Combine -
    2 eggs
    2 egg whites
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 cup canola oil
    1/2 cup apple sauce
    Then add -
    1 cup shredded zucchini
    1 cup crushed pineapple undrained

    Combine -
    2 cups flour
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1/2 cup walnuts

    Combine wet ingredients with dry. Pour into 3 greased loaf pans and bake for 45 minutes in a 350 oven or until done.

Directions

Makes 3 loaves with 12 slices each
