Ingredients

    Egg white, 3 serving
    *Creamed Corn, 1 can
    Kraft Free American Cheese Singles, 4 slice
    Fat free half and half, 2/3 cup
    Saltine Crackers, fat free, 10 saltines (crushed)
    Green Chile prppers canned, mild, 3 tbsp
    Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp
    Salt, .25 tsp
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees-use 1 1/2 quart dish for baking.

In large bowl stir egg whites, corn, cheese, half and falf, crushed crackers, chile peppers, sugar, salt and black pepper.

Transfer into dish sprayed with non fat cooking spray. Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
