Ingredients

    1 Medium Onion
    3 garlic cloves
    1/2 cup Jalapenos (pickled)
    1 tsp. Cilantro dried or fresh
    1 tsp. Salt
    2 cans of tomotoes diced or stewed

Directions

In a food chopper add sliced onion, garlic, Jalapenos, Cilantro, salt. Pulse chopper 4-6 times. Add tomatoes and pulse chopper 4-6 times.

Add into a dish and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. Keep Refrigerated.

Makes 4 cups.
