Ingredients

    1 - Tomato Basil Tortilla
    5 - Romaine Lettuce Leaves
    1/4 c. - Carrots (shredded)
    1/2 c. - Tomato (diced)
    2 - Purple Onion Rings
    1/2 c. - Cucumber (sliced)
    2 tbsp. - Hummus

Directions

Spread hummus onto center of tortilla. Layer lettuce, tomato, cucumber, carrots & onion onto hummus covered tortilla. Fold ends of tortilla in, then roll tortilla up. Cut wrap in half.

Makes 1 wrap.
