Introduction

Ingredients

1 lbs. Bite size beef strips
1/2 Medium onion (yellow or white)
extra virgin olive oil
5 cloves garlic
8 oz. green bean snaps (fresh are best - frozen will work)
1 tbsp. corn starch
1/3 cup soy sauce (low sodium soy sauce is a healthier alternative)
1 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. light brown sugar
Optional:
rice
noodles
Any other vegies you want (mushrooms & zuccini are good in this)
Directions
Cut meat into small, bite-size strips (.5x 1.5 in.), dice onion half & garlic, cut ends off snaps,
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil on high; add onions & green beans; heat for 5-6 minutes on med-high - until beans are crisp & tender (not soggy - they'll cook more later). Remove and set aside.
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil on high; add garlic & beef; brown beef; add vegetables back.
Wisk soy sauce & brown sugar together; add to pan; mix 1 tbsp corn starch with water until smooth; add to pan.
Heat thoroughly. Enjoy.
Makes 4 servings. Good over rice or noodles.
