Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1/2 cup oil
    1 cup white flour
    3/4 cup wheat flour
    2 eggs
    1/3 cup water
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 cup mashed bananas
    3/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg

Directions

Mash bananas well. Mix all ingredients by hand. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Makes one loaf (16 slices).

(substitute bananas for 1 cup of zucchini or pumpkin to make a yummy variation!)
