Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 (15.5 oz.) can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
    1/3 cup Brown Rice Flour
    2 medium Bananas, chopped
    1/2 cup Unsweetened All Natural Applesauce
    2/3 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
    1/3 cup Sucanat
    1/3 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
    3 tsp EnerG Egg Replacer
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1/4 tsp Salt

    Nuts or chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray 8 X 8 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.

In food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy consistency. Pour into baking pan and place in preheated oven. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until inserted toothpick in center of brownies comes out clean.

Allow pan to cool on rack before slicing. Makes approximately 16 small brownies.
