Ingredients

3/4 cup Self raising flour
4tbsp Cocoa powder
1/2 cup Caster sugar
1/2 cup margarine
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp milk
400g chocolate spread
Directions
Makes approx 12 large cupcakes. (you could make mini cakes to cut the calories)
Preheat oven to 170 C/325 F/Gas mark 3
Line muffin tin with cases.
sift flour, cocoa powder and sugar in large bowl. Plonk in all cake ingredients (does not include choc spread)
Mix until pale and fluffy.
Put batter in cases no more that 3/4 full and bake for approx 20mins. Remove and leave to cool.
Once cool top with choc spread and if you're feeling creative top with other decorations or sparkly things.
Alternativly make a butter cream using the nutella to flavour and pipe on top of cupcakes!
