Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    2 cups Barley, pearled,
    ½ cup Mung Dahl
    3½ cups Water
    6 cardamom pods
    3 curry leaves
    ¼ tsp Sea Salt,

Directions

Wash and then soak Dahl in 2 cups water for 8 hours.
Wash Barley, and then add all the ingredients to the boiling water. Cover and simmer for 45 min. Serve warm.
