Ingredients

    7 large eggs
    3 egg whites
    1/2 cup Silk almond milk
    1/2 cup GV Fiesta blend Shredded Cheese
    1 can Green Giant Mushrooms
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Scramble eggs, egg whites, almond milk, salt and pepper together and cook in a large skillet. When egg mixture is partially cooked add mushrooms and cheese. Enjoy!!
