Ingredients

    1 pound lean ground beef
    .25 cup chopped onion
    .25 cup chopped red bellpepper
    2 servings of egg whites
    .25 cup of ground oatmeal
    salt
    black pepper
    other seasonings of your choice

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Bake in oven at 350 degrees with aluminum foil for an hour and 20 minutes. Remove from oven, remove aluminum foil, continue baking for another 20 minutes. I usually add potatoes and canned green beans. You can choose the veggies you like.
