Ingredients

    6 frozen Chicken Thighs (6 oz each)
    mushrooms frozen sliced, 7 oz
    *Green Giant Fresh Baby Cut Carrots, 15 oz
    onion, minced, dehydrated, 4 tbsp
    garlic minced - christopher ranch in water, 3 tbsp
    cream of mushroom, campbells low sodium ready to serve, 10.5 oz
    Water, tap, 1 can

Directions

place frozen chicken in slow cooker (you can use breasts if you want less fat) then carrots and mushrooms. cover with mushroom soup I used the ready to serve low sodium instead of condensed and 1 can of tap water. add onion and garlic
