Introduction

I make this and will eat it for a snack or for a quick breakfast and I love it! I make this and will eat it for a snack or for a quick breakfast and I love it!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 medium-sized peach (with or without skin)
    1 large banana
    1 medium or large orange

Directions

Cut up the peach and place in blender with peeled banana. Cut orange and squeeze juice into blender with the other fruit and blend. You can drink this smoothie as is, or if you prefer, pour into a popsicle mold and freeze until solid (usually a little over an hour).

This will make 4 large smoothie bars that taste fresh and delicious!
