Ingredients

    3 leeks
    8 tomatos
    carrots 10 pieces
    zuchini 1 serving
    water approx. 16 cups
    2 tbsp. soya sauce
    Agave syrup 3 tbsp.

Directions

cook leeks in water & soya sauce until tender
add tomatos and cook for 3hrs.
add other vegetables and cook for 1/2 hr.
Blend in blender until smooth
makes approx. 20 1 cup servings
