Introduction

Super simple dish, but very delicious. Super simple dish, but very delicious.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

1 Can Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic + can of water
    4 Boneless Pork Loin
    1 Cup cooked white rice
Cup green beans - drained ( I prefer French style)
Salt, Pepper, Herbs to use at own discretion
    Olive Oil to coat pan

Directions

Cut Pork into 1 inch cubes, removing as much fat as possible.

In a frying pan, add a teaspoon or so of olive oil and cook for approximately one minute.

To the oil, add choice herbs. My favorites are rosemary, thyme and basil.

Salt and Pepper the pork cubes and add to hot oil.

Let pork cook about 5-7 minutes until bottom is brown, then stir them around. Continue to cook until pork is cooked thoroughly.

Add the Cream of Mushroom soup and can of water (more or less can be added to get desired consistency, but dont wash out the flavor).

Mix pork and soup together very well and heat to boil.

Once boiling, add green beans and lower to a simmer.

Let simmer for about 5- 10 minutes.

Serve over hot rice.
