Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    3/4 Cup orange juice (can add a bit more if want more orangey taste)
    1/2 Cup non-fat milk
    2-3 Tbs water
    1 tsp honey
    vanilla to taste ( I use 1/2 tsp)
    4 ice cubes
    1/2 - 1 scoop protien powder (for recovery drink)

Directions

Throw everything in a blender and blend until frothy.. ENJOY!!
