Introduction

The name says it all! It is high in calories and carbs. However, it packs a punch nutrient-wise. I wouldn't recommend it as a staple, but every once in awhile it tastes good enough to be worth it!!! Ingredients

    frozen medium banana
    1 cup unsweetened apple juice
    1 Silk light vanilla soymilk
    2 tbsp natural creamy peanut butter
    1/2 cup Quaker old-fashioned oats
    Blender

Directions

Place oatmeal, peanut butter and soymilk in blender, blend until oatmeal is completely liquified.
Add apple juice and banana, blend to desired consistency.

You are ready to roll!!!
