Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 c warm water
    1-1/2 T olive oil
    1/2 t sucanat
    1/2 t salt
    1c WW flour
    1/2 c white bread flour
    1 t rapid rise yeast
    1 more T olive oil to grease pizza pan
    1/4 c Prego Veggie Smart (sugarless) pasta sauce
    4 oz. (1 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese (part skim)

Directions

Put it all in the breadmaker, dough setting (no bake). Let it mix it and do one rise. Spread 1T olive oil on pizza pan of choice, and spread dough evenly around it, slightly raised on the edge. Spread pasta sauce inside edges and add cheese to cover.
