Introduction
The blueberries provide a healthy dose of antioxidants, and the flaxseed adds needed Omega-3s. For variety, swap the blueberries for any other berry you like, and swap the flaxseed for the nut of your choice (walnut, pecan, etc.). Pair this oatmeal with a single serving of yogurt for a very healthy start to your day!Note: Water from a coffeemaker is also hot enough for this recipe. I make this at work with the hot water from our kitchenette coffeemaker all the time! The blueberries provide a healthy dose of antioxidants, and the flaxseed adds needed Omega-3s. 1 T. ground flaxseed meal
3 dashes cinnamon, ground
