    1 1/4 cups of water
    2 TBSP Land O' Lakes Light Butter with Canola Oil
    1/2 Tsp Salt
    2/3 cup of 1% milk
    1 1/3 C Hungry Jack Instant Mashed Potato Flakes

Directions

Heat water, butter, and salt to boiling in saucepan.
Remove From Heat.
Stir in milk and flakes with fork until potatoes are desired consistancy.
